📖 AVNL Recruitment 2026 Trade-wise Syllabus / ट्रेडनिहाय अभ्यासक्रम

Junior Technician पदासाठी ट्रेड चाचणी (Trade Test) चा अभ्यासक्रम खालीलप्रमाणे आहे.

⚡ Junior Technician (Electrician) – इलेक्ट्रिशियन

  1. Operation & maintenance of transformers, HT/LT, Switch gear and protective devices in substation.
  2. Installation & maintenance of HT/LT overhead lines and laying of cables.
  3. Interpret complicated wiring diagrams & carry out maintenance of AC/DC machines, machine tools, furnaces, welding sets.
  4. Winding of AC/DC Machines coils, repairing of commutator. Knowledge of insulating materials & winding wires.
  5. Knowledge of elementary electronic devices (diodes, transistors) and precautions for testing PCB and electronic/power electronic devices.
  6. Connect and test electric meters, furnaces, relays, pyrometers, recorders working in medium pressure independently.
  7. Cut off and restore power to any plant/section and identify/rectify defective circuits.
  8. Test & set relays for overload, earth leakage, reverse power etc.
  9. Operate high tension switch gears in receiving stations & setting of relays for high tension circuits.

🔌 Junior Technician (Electronic Mechanic) – इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मेकॅनिक

  1. Read electronic circuit diagrams, repair and maintenance of Electronics Instruments, projector, Micro-Phone, electronic Timer, Electrical Instruments and meters.
  2. Read electrical ladder diagrams, electronic circuit diagrams, logic diagrams and wiring diagrams.
  3. Read and understand data books and reference manuals of analog and digital electronic devices and components.
  4. Knowledge of thyristor drives, memory devices, integrated circuits.
  5. Trace, trouble shoot, repair and maintain various electronic circuits, Printed Circuit Boards, drive circuits etc.
  6. Carryout electronic component testing and soldering/de-soldering works.
  7. Use of various general purpose electronic testing and measuring equipments like oscilloscope, multi-meters, power supply units, IC testers and LCR meters.

🧪 Junior Technician (Electroplater) – इलेक्ट्रोप्लेटर

  1. Elementary knowledge of degreasing and pickling processes.
  2. Use scratch brush for polishing of plated jobs.
  3. Connect parts to electrodes according to instructions.
  4. Knowledge of degreasing and picking different metals and alloys.
  5. Handle different types of plating baths (Copper, Nickel, Tin etc.).
  6. Knowledge of soldering.
  7. Keep records of plating times, read and use instruments such as hydrometers, thermometers, micrometers, voltmeters and ammeters.
  8. Make up and use pickling solutions and plating solutions.
  9. Adjust current and voltages on plating vats and make simple electric connections for charging accumulators.
  10. Knowledge of safety precautions for satisfactory plating.

🔧 Junior Technician (Fitter General) – फिटर जनरल

  1. Read simple blue prints or take measurements using foot rule and callipers (internal & external).
  2. Carry out simple fitting operations such as filing, chipping, reaming, tapping or screw cutting by hand and taps dies.
  3. Use simple workshop machinery for drilling and rough grinding on emery stone.
  4. Elementary working knowledge of Compressors and simple fitting operation for maintenance of compressors.
  5. Check lubrication and cooling system, detect incorrect working and adjust outgoing pressure of compressed air.
  6. Mark-off complicated contours on jobs requiring planning, drilling, shaping, boring with high accuracy; read complicated drawings, make calculations including trigonometry.
  7. Use and read Micrometer, Vernier, Height gauge and other instruments; simple marking out operations including calculations in fractions and decimals.
  8. Scrap bearings including taper bearing and fit spindles or arbours.
  9. Scrap small flat surfaces, carryout minor repairs and adjustments to plant/machinery for alignment.
  10. Knowledge of various engineering materials including hardening/tempering steels; use of smith’s hearth.
  11. Read drawings and take dimensions from machinery parts to prepare rough sketches for repairs.
  12. Carry out other work of similar nature.

🏗️ Junior Technician (Foundrymen) – फाउंड्रीमन

  1. Work to dimensions from simple sketches or templates supplied.
  2. Elementary knowledge of hardening and tempering tools; operate simple power hammers if available.
  3. Make simple welds by hand methods.

⚙️ Junior Technician (Machinist) – मशीनिस्ट

  1. Operate the machine and check quality using “go” and “no go” gauges; stop machine immediately if product is beyond limits.
  2. Knowledge of machine for periodical lubrication.
  3. Read pressure gauges, extrude solids and hallows sections independently; read a micrometer.
  4. General knowledge of driving mechanism and control parts of extrusion press.
  5. Read complicated drawings, set on and work on general purpose and special purpose machines with accuracy.
  6. Set comparatively complicated jobs in machines using improve wise methods.
  7. Use micro meters, Vernier calipers, outside calipers etc.
  8. Carry out other works of similar nature.

🛠️ Junior Technician (Mechanic Machine Tool Maintenance) – मशीन टूल मेंटेनन्स

  1. Use file, chisel and carry out hand operations such as filing, tapping, sawing, screwing and chipping by hand tools to reasonable tolerances.
  2. Elementary knowledge of handling machines – stripping and assembling simple machine parts.

🚜 Junior Technician (OMME at Raw Material Handling Plant) – कच्चा माल हाताळणी

  1. Drive trucks with care and judge safety and weight on the truck; start/stop engine and carry out minor lubrication.
  2. Drive battery/petrol/diesel driven material handling appliances; judge safety and movement; carry out minor lubrication and repairs.
  3. Drive cranes with great accuracy, care and judgment.
  4. Knowledge of processes in the building where material is shifted.
  5. Detect and rectify minor defects in vehicles/cranes and motive power equipment.
  6. Knowledge of operating steam boilers and engines; drive motor vehicle for petrol/diesel engine driven cranes.
  7. Knowledge of safety rules and regulations.
  8. Carry out any other work of similar nature.

🎨 Junior Technician (Painter General) – पेंटर जनरल

  1. Knowledge of mixing paints; rough paint boxes, boards, doors, windows or components.
  2. Cut stencils of English/Hindi lettering and figuring.
  3. Cut stencils in various types of materials.
  4. Carry out jobs specified for semi-skilled to a higher degree of finish.
  5. Write notice Boards, sign Boards etc. at any height.
  6. Carry own tools, implements and materials for day to day work.
  7. Any other work within purview of the trade.

📏 Junior Technician (Quality Assurance Assistant) – गुणवत्ता हमी सहाय्यक

  1. Knowledge of limits and tolerances as laid down in various specifications (for tool and gauge viewers).
  2. Use precision measuring instruments and carry out complex calculations independently.
  3. Make sketches and read complicated drawings.
  4. Knowledge of various methods of measurement and adjusting comparative simple instruments like micrometer or Vernier gauge.
  5. Knowledge of functions of machine parts; carry out tests of bearings, sling surfaces and check machine accuracy. Knowledge of various speeds is essential.

🏗️ Junior Technician (Rigger) – रिगर

  1. Handling and hoisting heavy load including those in inconvenient positions.
  2. Knowledge of Rigger/Slingers work.
  3. Good physique, active habits and able to work at height.
  4. Proper use and maintenance of slings, ropes, tackles and cranes; handling, hauling and hoisting of heavy loads.
  5. Improvise structures to carry lifting tackle.
  6. Working knowledge of safety regulations for upkeep of all lifting appliances.

🔥 Junior Technician (Welder) – वेल्डर

  1. Knowledge of welding rods and fluxes used for various metals.
  2. Operate low pressure oxy-acetylene and/or electric welding plant.
  3. Carry out welding of difficult materials such as aluminium or thin steel sheet.
  4. Weld simple joints according to instructions.
  5. Knowledge of brazing and soldering.
  6. Couple Oxygen cylinders in multiple bank.
  7. Flame out.
  8. Recognise and identify surface defects on steel and remove them with desearning equipment.
  9. Good knowledge of safety precautions for handling Oxy-Acetylene appliances.

🔨 Junior Technician (Forger and Heat Treater) – फोर्जर व हीट ट्रीटर

  1. Good physique and capable of working in hot sections.
  2. Knowledge of steam hammer or forging presses.
  3. Work to dimensions from forging drawings.
  4. Control forging furnaces for heating material to required temperature for forging.
  5. Use tackle in lifting hot steel billets & ingots and handle these during forging.
